The objective of this project is to propose new Urban Master Plans for the cities of Qara Hanjeer, Shuan, Yaychy and Almultaqa in Kirkuk Governorate.
The main vision is to develop the local economy and infrastructure, and to improve the overall living standards in these cities. The implementation guidelines and actions of the plans will be designed based on three different timeframes: short, medium and long term.
