The objective of the RSSP V is to improve road access to socio-economic facilities and quality of transport service levels in eastern part of Uganda by upgrading the Bumbobi \u2013 Lwakhakha road from gravel to bitumen standard thereby contributing to improved standard of living of the beneficiaries; support tourism industry; and promote regional integration and cross border trade with
